Well the first 2 weeks were great, however I had a little trouble getting lined up on Monday night. I didnt shoot horribly bad, but I lost a few pins on my average. I still averaged 173 this week, but have to work a little harder next week to get my average back up. I think I should be able to achieve my 200 average this season, I hope anyway.

Well last night was the 2nd week, and I am happy so far with what I have produced. Last week my average was 175. This week it was 190. My first game was my best this week at 210. It was followed by a 185, then 176. I only had 6 open frames across all 3 games. So far this season I have been able to matain my composure when i have had an open and bounce right back, with either a stike or a spare. Usually a strike though. I also used a ball last night that I havent been able to throw before. It was a Brunswick Absolute Inferno. I have been rolling either a Track Xception or a Storm Pyro. I rolled the Brunswick for the 1st 2 games and part of the 3rd. Then I lost my look, and tried the Track. I didnt have a good look on that ball either. So i went to my Pyro, and finished the game with 5 in a row. Should have switched sooner, lol. Hind sight is 20-20. Anyway I will let keep you all posted through the season.

It's great to hear another story of someone overcoming adversity. One of my best friends had a stroke when he was an infant and has a crippled right arm and leg. He is one of the best non-pro bowlers that I know. I have seen him roll countless 279, 289, 299, and even a 300. He is one of my heroes because he has never seen himself as handicapped and never feels sorry for himself. He is grateful for what God has given him, instead of being mad for what he doesn't have. He currently is holding a 211 average and has hopes of turning pro someday. I think he will make it and the whole world will be as amazed as I am of the incredible talent he has. Keep rolling that ball and never stop believing!!!
